If you subscribe to our newsletter, The Back Office, we collect your email address (and first name, if provided) to send it to you. Contact-form submissions are emailed to us and stored in HubSpot, our customer-relationship management and email platform, to manage our response. Newsletter signups, and any results you ask us to email from our online tools (such as the Back-Office Health Scorecard and the Founder’s Dilemma), are also handled through HubSpot, which processes this information on our behalf.
