Jack brings 25 years of combined legal and operational experience to the table, focused on the growth, operations, and exit-readiness side of running a business.
His work centers on CFO strategy, operational scaling, exit planning, and M&A-readiness, business law, and entity structuring, helping owners build a business that's easier to run, finance, and eventually sell.
Jack holds a JD from the University of Dayton School of Law and a BS in Economics from the University of Kentucky, and is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association.
Michael Peddicord
Finance & Accounting Lead
Michael is a finance and accounting professional with 12 years of experience across corporate finance, financial analysis, audit oversight, and complex budgeting for enterprises exceeding $80M in revenue.
He focuses on what owners actually need to make decisions: financial analysis and reporting, budget forecasting, cash-flow management, and KPI development, keeping the books clean and the numbers decision-ready.
Michael holds a BS in Finance & Business Management from Campbellsville University.
